This is a custom home for a family from Texas that intends to use the house as a second home, as well as a short-term rental property. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a loft area that can be used as a den, office or bunkroom. The Owners requested a more traditional exterior style, with rustic exterior finishes, and a clean modern, minimalist interior. The spectacular aspen tree covered lot, and the western views of the Mosquito Mountain Range are the inspiration for this design.
