This is a custom home for a family from Texas, that intend to use the house for vacations, but also short-term rentals, when they are not using it. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a loft area that can be used as a den, office or bunkroom. The Owners requested a more traditional exterior style, with rustic exterior finishes, and a clean modern, minimalist interior. The western views of the Mosquito Mountain Range are the inspiration for this design.
